Roomie Adventures--Chinese for Lunch! Yum

Me and Amy got the oppurtunity to sing with Women's Choir in DEVO in the I center.  For those of you who dont know, BYU-I has devo every other Tuesday, it's kind of like a second Sunday but with classes--at first I thought it was weird but I'm starting to love it and wish every day were a devo day.  Anyways it's in the I-center--which is almost as big as the Conference Center--It has about 16,000 seats and huge jumbotrons and teleprompters and the works! And a loooooottt of students are always there--probably about 8500 or so on an average week.  It was a super cool experience and we even got on the screen for about .7 secs or so we hear. (that's a big deal)
Backstage before we sang.

Fruit

...is something i've really missed up here at college.  I mean ya, I can get it, but I either have to constantly worry about eating it at home before it goes bad or I pay an amount equal to the worth of my soul for it. But I was really needing some today.

So I did the latter of the two choices.

And it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good.  And worth it.

Loving Rexburg.

It's so pretty up here! Morning, noon, evening, night. A little cold, but beautiful.

Just for the record:  I wasn't just taking these photos for fun, it's for a graphic design class so I decided to show the world how beautiful it is here!  More to come.

If he's riding a bike it's a good sign

I mean, really.  I just think that it just makes them look good (see above).  Someday I'll ride off into a sunset much like the one below with a bike-riding guy.  Cause that would be cute.

Ok, I'm not saying I'm like amazingly attracted to the guy below, but he's a winner, right?  And he gets across the overall feeling I have for guys on bikes.  Cause Seriously...

WHO DOESN'T APPRECIATE A GUY RIDING A BIKE!??

Yo Yo Yo

I just wanted to give a holla out to the world for giving me some wonderful things, such as the following.
Cheezits: favorite cracker.  Heath:  one of my fave forms of chocolate.

ON BEING OLD, HAVING A REAL JOB, etc

As the title suggests, I now live and work 8 hour days in a huge office alongside tons of adults—and a few kids, like myself, scattered in there.  My days consist of subbing in for the front-desk lady, designing manual covers, making spread upon spread of data on Excel, and messing around with the other “Interns”.  Alas, we are all 19 years of age or younger, and we like to have fun, so it’s all good.  It’s fun on a day-to-da basis, but weird and strange to consider myself as an adult, co-worker, colleague, whatever.  Below is a picture of the trailers we spend our life planning ahead for!  Kinda cool though.

Speaking of which, I’m officially 18 in twenty-one days.  WEIRD.  Looking back I always thought of the 18 year olds as the girls who wore the best styles, were tall and beautiful, and had tons of friends and were so mature….Looks like I have a lot to accomplish in 20 days!

Concerning the upcoming events of July, I consider the theme song of the month, “I’ll Never Grow Up” from Peter Pan the musical.  That’s right.

No one really reads this blog, but Leo convinced me to come back to writing.  Leo is a friend with a GREAT blog on Public Transportation, and I’m a fan.
